Deformetrica is a software for statistical shape analysis, using non-rigid registration methods (http ://www.deformetrica.org) based on diffeomorphism. Several binaries are available:
- sparseMatching2 and sparseMatching3 (for 2D and 3D objects) compute the registration between two objects.
- sparseAtlas2 and sparseAtlas3 (for 2D and 3D objects) compute a mean shape and each registration, from the mean shape to each object.
- ShootAndFlow2 and ShootAndFlow3 (for 2D and 3D objects) apply a registration on an object using a deformation.
